HOW WE OPERATE

How maco4d Handles Your Account Under These Terms

Every part of these terms exists to keep your account secure and your wallet activity traceable. When you link a DANA, OVO, or GoPay wallet, we store only the reference details needed to process your transactions — not your wallet PIN or full payment credentials. Account security is enforced through OTP verification on login and on any withdrawal request, so no payout leaves your account without a step you actively complete. If something triggers a review — unusual login location, a wallet mismatch, or a flagged transaction — we pause the affected action and contact you directly before taking any further step.

Data Retention We hold your account data for as long as your account is active and for the period required by applicable law after closure. You can request a summary of what we hold by raising a formal data request through the email support channel.
Cookie Usage We use cookies to keep your session active across pages and to remember your language and payment preferences. You can manage cookie settings in your browser at any time, though disabling session cookies will affect how your account login works.
Account Security OTP verification is required on every login from a new device and on every withdrawal request. If you receive an OTP you did not request, change your password immediately and contact live chat — do not share the code with anyone.
Wallet Verification Your DANA, OVO, or GoPay wallet must be verified against your registered account name before withdrawals are enabled. This step is a one-time process completed through the wallet section of your account settings.
Who to Contact for Changes To update your registered email, phone number, or linked wallet, submit the request through live chat with valid account verification ready. We do not accept account detail changes over email alone for security reasons.
Account Closure Rights You may close your account at any time by submitting a formal closure request through email support. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn to your verified wallet before closure is finalised; balances cannot be transferred to a new account.

Common Questions About These Terms

These questions cover what we get asked most often about how the terms apply in practice — from what happens when a wallet payment is disputed, to how you can request changes to your account details or ask us to delete your data.

The core terms apply uniformly to all accounts. Where a specific local regulation in Indonesia affects how a particular clause works — for example, around financial transactions or data retention — the local rule takes precedence. If you are unsure how a clause applies in your region, contact our support team before acting.

Raise the dispute through live chat within 7 days of the transaction date, and have your payment reference ready — your DANA transfer ID, OVO receipt, or GoPay transaction number. Our accounts team will review the record and respond within the timeframe stated in the dispute section of these terms.

No. All wallet transactions — deposits and withdrawals — must come from a wallet registered in your own name. Using another person's DANA, OVO, or GoPay account to fund or withdraw from your maco4d account is a breach of these terms and may result in your account being reviewed or suspended.

When we update these terms, we will send a notification to the contact method registered on your account — either email or in-app notice. The updated version will also be dated at the top of this page. Continuing to use your account after receiving that notice counts as your acceptance of the new version.

We hold the account registration details you provided, your transaction history including wallet references for DANA, OVO, and GoPay, and your session and login records. To request a copy of your data, send a formal data request via the email support address in your account settings. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

You may request deletion of your personal data after your account is closed. Some records — specifically transaction histories — must be retained for the period required by applicable financial regulations, and those cannot be removed early. Everything else can be deleted on request, subject to identity verification first.

Accounts are strictly individual. Sharing your login credentials, allowing another person to operate your account, or creating multiple accounts for the same person are all prohibited under these terms. Accounts found to be operating this way are subject to suspension, and any balance in a suspended account is frozen pending review.

Submit a formal account closure request through the email support channel. Before closure is finalised, any remaining balance must be withdrawn to your verified wallet — DANA, OVO, or GoPay, whichever is linked. Balances are not transferred to a new account; they must be cleared first. Our team will confirm the closure once the balance is at zero.

An account review can be triggered by a wallet name mismatch, an unusual login location, or a flagged transaction. During a review, the affected action — usually a withdrawal — is paused. We contact you directly with the reason and any documents we need. Access to your account for other activities continues unless the review finds a serious breach.

The current version of these terms is published in English. If you need help understanding a specific clause in your language, our Indonesia support team can walk you through it via live chat. We aim to make the terms accessible to all account holders, regardless of language preference.
